Tunisia wants to capitalise on South Korea progress in value added sectors

Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad Mohamed Ali Nafti had a talk Tuesday 08/09/2020 with Ambassador of South Korea Cho Koo Rae.

The Secretary of State commended South Korea's technical support and called for expanding cooperation to the medical sector in a bid to stem the spread of COVID-19.

Tunisia, he also said, wants to capitalise on the progress made by South Korea in several value added sectors, notably IT.

Mohamed Ali Nafti urged, in this vein, the exchange of visits by senior officials on an increased scale and said there is need to complete preparations for upcoming events, mainly the 11th session of the joint commission.

The South Korean diplomat reiterated his country's readiness to scale up relations of cooperation.
