At the invitation of His German counterpart Heiko Maas, the Foreign Minister visits the Federal Republic of Germany on an official visit on Wednesday 17 October 2018

The visit, part of the strengthening of friendly relations and the strategic partnership between Tunisia and Germany, aims at organizing political consultations and discussions with a number of senior German officials to discuss ways of strengthening the prospects of this distinguished partnership with Tunisia.


The Minister of Foreign Affairs will discuss with his German counterpart a number of priority issues for our country, such as security cooperation, good governance, vocational training, renewable energies, regional, local and rural development and job creation for young people. The two ministers will also discuss a number of regional and international issues of common interest.
The visit comes before the participation of His Excellency the President of the Republic, Béji Kayed Sibsi, at the next G20 Summit for Investment and at the G20 / Pact for Africa Summit of the G20 Summit scheduled for October 30, 2018. Berlin.
